Frameworks I've Mentored
Edward L. Taylor
Ed Taylor, ACSW, started award-winning Palouse Counseling and Consulting,
and now Conceptual Frameworks, after more than ten years in the field
of Social Work and Psychology. A Washington State Child Mental Health
Specialist, he has been involved with people systems and social institutions
for over two decades. He's a master communicator with youth and adults
alike. Ed's personable and insightful approach and style enable him to
quickly build trust and comfort, providing a warm, creative environment
for learning and growth.
Ed's educational background and experience include a Bachelor's Degree
in Social work, followed by a four-year military term. Upon honorable
discharge, he went on to complete his Master's Degree in Social Work.
From there he has worked with Employee Assistance Programs, troubled youth,
and families, and developed community mental health systems. As a speaker
he is in demand with businesses, churches, college classes and community
